Beginning December 27, look for a soft opening Keith Thompson's "Longhorn Roadhouse, Smoke BBQ Pit." (Geez, that's a mouthful, Keith) but that's what you get when it comes to good chow at either the Salida de Celaya site or the new joint, on the right off the hi-way, just before the entrance to Los Frailes. Keith says they'll be on a shake down cruise 'til they get it all down pat but please, stop in and check out the new goings on!

Things are going to become somewhat more expensive here in Mexico. As of January 1st many items will be taxed, that have never been taxed before a whopping 16%! Businesses will attempt to absorb as much of this increase as they can afford but none the less the taxes, they cometh. Another reason to own a VIP Club Card!
