Cafe Turco

Cafe Turco is owned by İdil and Oğuz, who relocated with their two sons recently. It is the result of their “second spring” journey from the blue shores of Izmir and the shade of olive trees to the artistic, history-filled streets of San Miguel. When asked if they could live without the sea, their answer was simple: they brought it with them, capturing its spirit, the friendships formed over a cup of Turkish coffee, and their rich cuisine inside a traditional coffee pot known as a cezve. Now, whenever they miss the sea, they simply look up at the sky, because the blue here is as clear and warm as the waters of the Aegean. Cafe Turco is a flavorful bridge between cultures, where the traditions of Istanbul, Izmir, and Cappadocia meet the heart of this beautiful city. Guests are invited to experience the mornings of the Aegean with authentic Turkish coffee and homemade baklava, enjoying a cozy space that tells a story in every cup and bite.
