Terms for reserving to receive the VIP discount:

Advanced reservation is required by email, phone, or WhatsApp at least 1 day prior to your travel date.
Provide your VIP Card number and expiration date (found on the bottom of the back of your card) when making the reservation.
Payment in advance by credit card is required.
There is no discount for cash payment or reservations made the same day of travel.
Ask for the discount at the time you make your reservation. There is no post-reservation discount.

US$25 one-way per person
US$20 one-way per person for groups of 4 or more passengers booking together

Shared shuttle to/from SMA – MEX

US$190 one-way for a single traveler
US $95 one-way per person for more than one passenger

For service to the Mexico City airport or nearby hotel: BajioGo requires at least 2 passengers. Most of the time they are able to find a second passenger, but if you are the only passenger in the shared shuttle you will have to pay the rate of 2 people.

No refunds, except for cancelled flights
If your flight has changed, just let them know your new flight information prior to your arrival or departure if possible.
