Museo de Arte Popular
Museo de Arte Popular Rancho Jaguar is a privately founded folk art museum located about 25 minutes north of San Miguel in Montecillo de la Milpa. Established by artist and collector Jennifer Haas, the museum showcases her curated collection of Mexican and Latin American folk art, including ceramics, masks, textiles, religious pieces, and photography from regions such as Oaxaca, Michoacán, Guerrero, and Guatemala. Set within Rancho Jaguar’s desert gardens, the intimate museum blends curated galleries with natural landscapes, offering a peaceful cultural retreat that celebrates Mexico’s rich artisanal traditions.
