“It has come to our attention there is misinformation being circulated regarding a possible problem with Shaw. Let me assure you there is no need for concern.

“I have received confirmation the only changes being made are UPGRADES to the channels which will enhance your TV reception. I will be sending everyone a chart that I have received from Shaw outlining the upgrades for 2019. Everyone has the correct receivers (which all of you know we already upgraded). No one should have interrupted service.

“In June we will complete the replacement of the old LNB’s (the part in the center of your satellite dish) in order to upgrade to the newer models. Approximately 80% have been already converted; the remaining LNB’s will be installed as soon as they arrive. Let me know whether you have any additional questions or concerns.”

CUMPANIO/PANIO RESTAURANTS AND BAKERIES
To clarify Your Club’s affiliation with Cumpanio/Panio at all three locations. Food and beverage ordered off the restaurants’ menus enables members to get a 10% discount when paying cash with a 100 pesos minimum including up to a party of (4) as long as all is listed on one check.

As for shelf goods: Loaves of bread, pastries, coffees, jellies, kitchen utensils etc. Once a member spends 300 pesos then a 10% discount goes into effect when paying cash or NOW CREDIT CARD! Members might want to get two separate checks if buying groceries and then dining. There was some confusion about the discount yet Panio’s management is reinforming its team about how the VIP Club discount works at all three locations.
