Immediately, under the guidance of Chef Donnie Masterton, was sought organically grown vegetables, fruits and dairy, the freshest meats, fish and fowl. Time honored recipes along with creative kitchen imagination came into play from the get-go as diners could taste the the effort and love put into each dish.

The Restaurant, since its inception, has been front and center lending its expertise and providing resources while supporting local charities and associations.

Masterton’s BAR AT THE R. also takes up space inside THE RESTAURANT, just to the left of the main entrance. The “R” is hip, night time personified, featuring an alluring bar, an array of custom-made sushi and other Oriental seafood treasures, along with a D.J. booth manned by accomplished disc spinners sometimes the boss himself.
