Those of us who have known and have followed the saga of Joe Ruffino and wife Ana, of The Pizza Guy fame are broken-hearted that this true life love story has not experienced a happy ending. Ana did not recover from the severe Guillain Barre Syndrome attack she suffered some months back.
Sadly, hopes were suddenly dashed and a shock rocked s all, ’cause Ana seemed very much on the mend, so much so, Joe left her side with confidence that she soon would join him back home while he went to work reopening The Pizza Guy.
