As of the first of May, 2022, the VIP CLUB OF SAN MIGUEL has continuously operated for 22 years. A sincere thank you to all who have supported us and we are aware of how many shoulders we stand on. It’s been a privilege and honor.
Your Club reports it remains diverse and robust while constantly ferreting for deals for our members and new customers for businesses who associate with the club.
We wish to clear the air about some misconceptions. We hear about members who might voice they feel embarrassed about using the card. During the Pandemic much of our membership, in efforts to support the then struggling restaurant industry, chose to shelve usage of the card in restaurants. The atmosphere has changed.
VIP Club participating establishments normally contact us, eager to have access to the over one thousand households who follow club news and read our newsflashes.
Do know, VIP Club establishments NEVER pay any monies for their association. We’re talking zilch, zero, nada. We pay what you pay. Our income stems strictly from card sales. We do have some inexpensive advertising packages on our webpages, these flashes and Facebook. Establishments are contracted to accept the card and provide a discount.
Businesses have enough faith in Your Club and are willing to provide a discount in hope of attracting them as steady customers rather than giving away a discount to someone they might only see once in a lifetime.
It’s always an option for cardholders to employ the card. Do know our restaurants are anxious to see cardholders! Some even complain, “Where are your members?”
Many of the Club’s participating businesses figure, rather than spending money on expensive and so-so advertising, they’re confident the VIP Club will get the word out to their target market, the club doing such as a courtesy. They further figure they’re only paying for that advertising when members show and use the card.
What Your Club does ask, if cardholders are motivated by a newsflash or Facebook notice to go, while chosing not to use their card, please try to mention you’re a member and perhaps have been motivated to dine or shop there by our notices.
Gas Providencia reports to us how they love VIP Club Cardholders! From the feedback we get feelings seem mutual while members exclusively enjoy the 65 centavos off on each liter of propane gas purchased.
