Now and then there is a glitch, not often, but being refused the discount does happens. There might be a new manager, bartender etc. or somebody didn’t get the word. In almost 20 years it is an infrequent occasion. Please don’t argue but we need to know! We ask members to get a nota remision, dated, from the establishment and get it to us and we’ll do the sword fighting on your account.
