Carumba! A number of San Miguel eateries now have items on the menu over 1000 pesos, an unheard of price for an entree not so long ago! Severe price increases have not only upped the cost of beef but everything else is skyrocketing in price.

Best driving instructions are: Take Salida de Celaya about seven kilometers while passing under four (4) pedestrian bridges and make a U-turn. Your Club welcomes the services of Liz Hernandes Cubero expert translator.
Liz is authorized by the Judicial Power of the State of Guanajuato to translate all types of legal documents for court or other formalities from English to Spanish and vice-versa. She also translates on non-legal documents such as medical related documents, other texts or book translations. Translation prices vary depending on the type and length of document.
Over the phone and onsite interpretation services also available. Liz can accompany people to meetings or doctors appointments.
VIP members a $100 pesos discount for every page of the document they have translated and a $200 pesos discount on any onsite interpretation.
Regular prices for interpretations are $1000 pesos per hour (1200 if its in court). Translation for most documents are around $800 pesos per page (price is lowered when its more than 4 pages to $650 pesos per page). With larger projects we agree on a set price that favors both parties.

Feed the Hungry is looking for volunteers who are willing to pick up and deliver food to a school in a rural community. Food must be picked up from the Feed the Hungry warehouse between 7:30 and 8:30 AM every Tuesday morning and delivered to the designated school. Driver must use his/her personal vehicle and be responsible for the gasoline. Additionally, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license, Mexican or US, and current insurance
