Here in San Miguel, we might pause since there are many reasons to count our blessings. Considering the state of the world and even some of the unfortunate occurrences that take place locally, our town has been blessed. Our town was founded probably before any of our ancestors made it to the new world and has always been, historically, an oasis in the storm.
