Most of us have lived an unsettling 2020, especially if affected by Covid in any manner. Most of us are eager to welcome 2021 but we have to be careful about not getting hoodwinked thinking by turning a calendar’s page is the remedy for a stinking year nor the end of the contagious atmosphere.
So many have done so well, adhering to the guidelines, and you have stayed healthy. Keep up the fight until we get the vaccine, please don’t let your guard down haing what you’ve sacrificed so far go to waste.

Twenty-four years ago, here in San Miguel, in 1996, I commissioned local artist, Julieta Sanchez , to paint the 12-animal-images of the Chinese Zodiac. Julieta did not let me down but brilliantly captured those likenesses in detail and color.
I’ve been a student of Chinese Astrology for over 40 years and have written countless articles, forecasts, and even a manuscript about the social-science, doing so under the pen name of Madam Loo. I’ve never proclaimed I’m a disciple but professed to be a student, early on. I suppressed my natural skepticism to wind-up being impressed by the uncanny similarities in personality flashed between the 12 signs.
I, or should I say Madam Loo could have told you what a stinker 2020 was going to be but who wants to be a kill-joy? So, through this miserableness, we have produced a commemorative limited edition of these prints. They’re 22.5″ by 30″ on glossy paper. We have a limited amount already up in the States for immediate mailing and a number here. I am charging $40 USD or 800 pesos, FOB San Miguel or $56 USD., mailed anywhere in the States.
